Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ACSoft ("the Service"). By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to them. This is a template — replace it with text reviewed by your legal counsel before launch.

The service

ACSoft helps Instagram creators manage their own professional account: view analytics; automatically reply to direct messages and comments based on keyword rules and visual flows they configure; manage the resulting conversations from an in-app Inbox (including handing a conversation to a human); and create and publish posts. Some features use AI to generate, route, or extract information from replies.

Your account

• You must own, or be authorized to manage, the Instagram account you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and the automated replies you set up, and for complying with Instagram's policies and applicable law.
• You may disconnect at any time from your Instagram settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use ACSoft to send spam, harass others, or violate Instagram's Platform Terms or Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts that do.

Data & privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time — see the Data Deletion page.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. ACSoft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
