Data Deletion

You have the right to delete the data ACSoft stores about you at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Remove the app from Instagram

Open the Instagram app, then go to Settings → Apps and websites → Active, find ACSoft, and remove it. Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete your stored token and profile data right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion from us

Email blueroom.acsoft@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, or include your Instagram username. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your Instagram access token
• Your stored user ID, username, and account type
• Your automation rules and flows
• Your contacts (the people who messaged you) and any tags or attributes stored about them
• Your conversations and message transcripts
• AI processing logs and link-click records
• Any cached analytics derived from your account

We retain only a minimal security/compliance log recording that a deletion took place. It contains event metadata only — no message content and no personal profile data.

Deletion is permanent. To use ACSoft again afterwards, you would simply reconnect your account.
